What is your Return Policy?

If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it for store credit within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases made from our online shop.  Jewelry purchased through any of our retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.

We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions, custom orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition.

To return or exchange an item, please email us at elizabeth@emilyamey.com for a return authorization number. Items cannot be accepted for a return or repair without an RA number.

For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount. Emily Amey Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

 Store credit is issued upon receipt of the item.  Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.

 

What is your repair policy?

We offer repairs due to user wear, production fault, lost earring mates, or any other alteration to a piece of Emily Amey Jewelry. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for one year from the date of purchase on our online store. After one year, repairs may incur a charge. Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically involve a charge. They are repaired at the owner's expense plus the shipping charge.

*For elective repairs there is a $25 service charge plus the cost of additional materials and shipping.

*Half pairs of earrings cost half the price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping.

 

Are your diamonds conflict free?

Yes, all of our diamonds are conflict free & GIA certified.

 

How will my purchase be shipped?

Each piece is made to order so please allow 14 to 21 business days for your item (excluding shipping).  

All orders ship UPS Ground. We require a physical address, as UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping and handling charges within the United States are $15 per order. Expedited shipping is available. Please email for rates.

Customers can track their shipments at www.ups.com.

We do ship internationally, however, there are absolutely NO returns or exchanges on international shipments.  Please email elizabeth@emilyamey.com to process international orders.

 

How should I care for my Emily Amey Jewelry?

 It is best to keep products away from extreme heat or moisture. We recommend applying perfume or other sprayed substances before putting on your jewelry. Jewelry should be removed prior to showering. Sterling silver jewelry will tarnish through time and wear. To polish, use soft polishing cloth and gently rub cloth to jewelry. Alternatively, jewelry can be cleaned using toothpaste applied with the finger tips or with a soft cloth.

Many of our pieces have stones that have unique surface qualities and hardness levels. Therefore we do not recommend using cleaning substances on our multi-stone products. These products should be cleaned with water and a toothbrush or cloth. For porous stones, such as drusy, agate, and turquoise, we recommend avoiding contact with water.


Do you do special orders or custom work?

 Emily is happy to do commission pieces, such as engagement rings and one-of-a-kind necklaces, depending on her schedule. If you are interested in a current piece in the collection, but in a different metal, please contact us for more information. Additional fees may apply and all sales are final for custom pieces.

Can I purchase a Gift Card?

Sure! Our gift cards act like a debit card. When buying a gift card, you can select the amount you would like to place on the card and the recipient can redeem it on whatever products they wish in whatever increments they wish up to the specified amount. [We do have a maximum of $1000 per card, as cards are essentially like cash. They cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen. If you would like to treat someone to something very special that is over the $1000 limit, please contact us via.

Once ordered, an Emily Amey Jewelry card is mailed to the recipient. An option is available for the gift card code to be emailed to the recipient.
