What is your repair policy?

We stand behind the quality of our work and are happy to provide repairs due to manufacturing issues free of charge for one year from the date of purchase from our online store. After one year all repairs will be assessed on a case by case basis and a modest fee may be applicable. 

Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening typically involve a charge. They are repaired at the owner's expense plus the shipping charge.

We strive to offer accurate repair estimates before commencing any work. If you decide not to proceed after receiving the quote, you will be responsible for return shipping ($15) or you can provide your own shipping label. Should additional work be necessary upon closer examination, we'll inform you of any cost adjustments. All repair fees must be settled before the piece is returned.

Can I get my ring resized if it doesn't fit?

We will do our best to help you determine your ring size. However, if the size you ordered doesn't fit, we can help. For elective repairs such as ring resizing, there is a $25 service charge plus the cost of additional materials and shipping.

I lost my earring. Can I order a mate?

Sure, we will be happy to create a mate for your lost earring. Half pairs of earrings cost half the price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping.

 

We want to ensure that your Emily Amey piece receives the utmost care and attention. Please understand that if you choose to have any adjustments, such as resizes or alterations, done by a jeweler other than Emily Amey Jewelry, it may affect the validity of your warranty. We are unable to guarantee the quality of work performed by external jewelers.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to amend or terminate this policy or our repair services without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review our website for any updates.
